Students from across our undergraduate and postgraduate economics programmes have been celebrating graduation.
Many have returned to the University for summer graduation ceremonies throughout this week – travelling from destinations around the globe, often joined by extremely proud friends and family. The School of Economics also hosted a graduation reception in honour of all our new graduates.
Head of School of Economics, Professor Paola Manzini, said: “A huge congratulations to all our 2025 graduates. Your achievement is the result of a tremendous amount of hard work, dedication and talent. We pride ourselves on being one of the top economics departments in the UK and so what you’ve accomplished is truly special.
“Our graduates are sought after by leading employers and institutions all over the world and it’s been fantastic to catch up with lots of our brand new alumni in the last few days, hearing about the exciting plans and career opportunities so many already have in place.”
